Product Delivery (Digital Products)

All digital products may be downloaded directly from your Scrapdragon Designs account immediately after purchase. Links will remain available to you for 14 days or 4 download attempts. It is your responsibility to create personal backups of the digital products as replacements will not be offered unless faulty.  You may however, choose to purchase the CD burning order as backup.

You will not receive any digital products by postal mail unless you buy our CD burning service.  Should you do so, your order will be burned to a CD and posted to your registered delivery address. You want to consider purchasing a CD as a back up storage for your digital download.

All sales are final and non-refundable.  Please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully. You are welcome to contact with any questions about our products before you buy.

If you download a file which is damaged or defective in any way, please email us and you will be provided with a revised copy of the damaged item.  If you have any difficulty in downloading, refer to our Customer Support section.

Shipping (Tangible Products)

CD's and tangible products are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail Postal Service.  International orders will be shipped Airmail.

All CD's and any tangible products are inspected carefully prior to shipping.  Scrapdragon takes no responsibility for damages caused by the postal service although will provide adequate packaging. The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price of the CD Burning service.
